Athora Netherlands achieves 'Top Employer' certification

Athora Netherlands has received the Top Employer certificate. This international quality mark is awarded annually to employers with an excellent HR policy. The list of top employers was announced by the Top Employers Institute.

The institute annualy analyses the HR policies of over 1800 companies worldwide. To earn the title of Top Employer, a company must participate in the survey and meet various quality standards. For example, the Top Employers Institute looks at the efforts made in the area of health and rewards, training and development opportunities and diversity & inclusion policy. A total of 63 companies in the Netherlands received the certificate.
