Athora Netherlands supports aid to Ukraine

Employees raise money for Giro555

At Athora Netherlands we closely follow the developments in Ukraine. The war in Ukraine and the violence that accompanies it is shocking. Our thoughts are with the people of Ukraine and everyone who is directly affected by this conflict.   

In order to help the victims, Athora Netherlands is donating €135,000 to Giro555 of the Cooperating Aid Organizations. In addition, as a result of the national day of action, Athora Netherlands employees have now raised €25.633,40 for Giro555. Athora Netherlands will match that amount. The other branches of Athora Group in Ireland and Germany, among others, have also started a collection among their employees and are making a donation to support humanitarian relief efforts. So far, Athora Group has provided a total of €360,000 in emergency aid to Ukraine.
