Athora Netherlands and WTW complete PPI transfer

Athora Netherlands N.V. (Athora Netherlands) announces today that the transfer of WTW’s Dutch Premium Pension Institution (PPI) to Athora Netherlands has been completed. 

WTW’s Dutch PPI remains a separate entity for now. Eventually, it will become an integrated part of Zwitserleven PPI N.V, while keeping its main current client proposition. To this end, a comprehensive integration plan will be developed in 2023. 

Leveraging the best parts of both PPIs
