Changes in the Executive Board

VIVAT nominates a second female Executive Board member

Wendy de Ruiter-Lörx and Jeroen Potjes were nominated by the Supervisory Board as Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Operating Officer respectively of VIVAT NV, SRLEV NV, Proteq Levensverzekeringen NV and Reaal Schadeverzekeringen NV, hereby completing the Executive Board of VIVAT. Albert Bakker will step down from the Executive Board of VIVAT NV and as a member of the managing boards of SRLEV NV, Proteq Levensverzekeringen NV and Reaal Schadeverzekeringen NV on 11 April 2016.
