The external auditor of Athora Netherlands is EY. It audits our consolidated financial statements and the statutory financial statements of our subsidiaries. The external auditor is in regular contact with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Risk Officer (CRO), internal auditor and Group Finance department. The external auditor also attends meetings of the Audit Committee of the Supervisory Board of Athora Netherlands.
